The goal of the EXPLOSIVE GUARD app is to help players, become more SKILLED, EXPLOSIVE, and CONFIDENT. Basketball is about PERIODIZATION, learn how to PROGRESSIVELY build strength, stamina, and skill, while reducing your risk of the most common basketball injuries. HOW IT WORKS: there are 3 SECTIONS to the EXPLOSIVE GUARD app. 1st is EXPLOSIVE CONDITIONING, which will set the FOUNDATION your body needs to ensure that you dont injure yourself with the demands of some of the more dynamic movements associated with basketball, EXPLOSIVE CONDITIONING can and should be done simultaneously with the EXPLOSIVE BALLHANDLING section of the app, which is a program designed to take your ballhandling to the next level. EXPLOSIVE CONDITIONING
The first installment of the EXPLOSIVE GUARD app, this is the foundation for everything that is to come. The first objective of EXPLOSIVE CONDITIONING is to decrease your potential for injury, by targeting the areas of the body most susceptible to injuries when playing basketball. the second objective is to progressively and safely improve athletecism. We cover proper warmup techniques for improving performance and decreasing injuries, core exercises to target muscle imbalances, and proper form and technique. This program is designed for players of all ages and backgrounds, majority of the exercises are calisthenic and plyometric in nature and can be performed with or without gym equipment and weights.

EXPLOSIVE BALLHANDLING
This 8 week progressive program, introduces a progressive, innovative, and effective program, formulated by professionals to take your confidence and ball handling abilities to the next level. Overload the senses, improve hand eye coordination to superhuman levels, and learn to use angles, to start disecting your competition immediately.Train with the EXPLOSIVE GUARD app, and learn to use progressive training to get the edge on the competition...
Drills and movements for players of all ages

EXPLOSIVE PLAYMAKING
After completing the first two sections of this app, you are ready to combine your improved athletecism with your new skills, and become a playmaker on the court. This section combines a high level of skill work with challenging athletic movements, designed to challenge your motor skills while in a fatigued state. For this reason, it is recommended that you complete the first two portions of the app before you begin EXPLOSIVE PLAYMAKING, to minimize the risk of injury. These drills and movements require a lot of concentration and physical stamina to complete, master these movements with continuous focus and daily practice, and you will become an explosive playmaker in no time!!!
